LARGE GLASS GEODE BEAD
Price: $175.00
This is by far our BIGGEST giveaway yet! This glass geode was handmade by KB Glassworks. Each geode is a one-of-a-kind, with its unique color and shape. They are cutting-edge and innovative. The geodes are made from borosilicate glass. The hole runs vertically down the length of the bead. Geodes are non polished to resemble freshly cut stone.
Each month of 2011, on the First Friday, I'll post an item or an array of items that I'm going to giveaway. In order to enter, you answer a few questions by clicking on the link below that reads "fabulous thoughts" or "post a comment".

Every time I see a new bead that is beautifully done I have a new favorite designer. I admire anyone who can work with hot glass and make beautiful, or funny, or just a plain blob of glass and let those of us who make jewelry use whatever they have created to inspire us.
Jo at Victorianhouse.biz is an amazing lady in her 70's who runs a stained glass and lampworking store. She teaches classes and is always trying something new. She's truly inspiring. And she makes incredible lampworked beads and paperweights.
